About Us

We're Danny and Allison O'Neill! We recently got married in May and we work full time for a campus ministry called StuMo, sharing Jesus with students in Greek Life at Arizona State.

In 2018, Danny was a Pike at the University of Arizona, chasing parties and achievements, until a StuMo staff member shared the Gospel with him. His life turned toward knowing God and reaching the lost fraternity brothers around him. After graduating, he joined StuMo staff at the UofA, and in 2023 he moved to Tempe to launch the ministry at ASU.

Allison was a Chi Omega at the University of Oklahoma, where a StuMo staff girl met with her weekly and taught her how to follow Jesus and invest in the women around her. She later joined StuMo staff at OU in 2024 and met Danny at a StuMo winter conference. The rest was history! After the wedding, she moved across the country to join the ASU team.

Tempe is home now. We love the desert, the food, and most of all our golden retriever, Bobo!

Why Greek life

Fraternities and sororities at ASU hold thousands of students who shape campus culture and go on to lead in every field. Most will never hear anything about Jesus or explore faith on their own. Even if they do, the response is usually “It feels impossible here.”

Our aim isn't just to see students come to faith. It's to build laborers: men and women who know Jesus deeply and then lead their friends to know Him. They will be the doctors, teachers, parents, entrepreneurs, and pastors of tomorrow. When they leave college rooted in Christ, they change neighborhoods, workplaces, churches, and nations. Your partnership compounds this: every student you help reach today multiplies for decades.

  • The time is now: 85% of people who come to Christ do so before age 25.
  • They're crazy, but crazy influential: 80–85% of Fortune 500 executives were in fraternities.
  • Spiritually dormant: Very unreached demographic, takes a highly trained team to influence them.
  • Looking for answers: The culture tells them to chase drugs, hookups, and resumes. Jesus offers real life.
